Chocolate Fridge cake
Ingrediants
- 1 Chocolate bar for topping
- 125 grams (4oz) castor sugar
- 125 grams (4oz) mixed, dried fruit
- 250 grams (8oz) broken digestive biscuits
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 175 grams (6oz) butter
- Chocolate strands
Method
- Melt the butter
- Add the cocoa powder and sugar
- Now add fruit and biscuits
- Mix everything up
- Put foil in 20 cm cake tin; make sure there is some foil overlapping the tin
- Pour in the mixture
- Press it down
- Place it in the fridge and leave for 2 hours
- After 2 hours, melt the chocolate and pour it onto the cake, spread it about the cover the cake
- Finish off with the chocolate strands to decorate
You can put your fridge cases in paper cases as well as a tin!
